We’re an independent beauty brand, and your support means the world to us. Because we specialize in personal care and cosmetic products, we maintain strict health and safety standards — which means not all items are eligible for return.
1. Final Sale Policy
For hygiene and product safety reasons, all hair care and cosmetic products are final sale once opened or used.
This policy ensures that all customers receive only new, unopened products.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

Opened, used, or tampered products

Hair color, treatments, or styling products

Promotional or clearance items

Gift cards or digital products

Samples, trial-size or travel size items
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To request a replacement:

Email info@cosmeticsrepublic.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

If approved, we’ll send return or replacement instructions.
We’ll cover shipping costs if the issue was our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped).
3. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

The item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be initiated by our company to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or card institution has their own processing timeline to release funds. That timeline is outside our control.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email info@cosmeticsrepublic.com within 7 days of delivery.

Under California Civil Code §1723, businesses that do not offer cash refunds, exchanges, or store credit must clearly post their policy.
